LANSBURY PARK HOUSING ESTATE

Location: Caerphilly

Description: Design and contract administration for refurbishment of the central walkway through the large edge of town housing estate. The main design elements included;

· comprehensive renewal of the central square outside the shopping area;

· addition of 'highlights' to uplift the remainder of the walkway, and;

· refurbishment of an adjacent pocket park, including play facilities for young children.
